Incident #23-02925

   On 04/05/2023 at approximately 3:53 AM, several juveniles entered an unlocked vehicle in the area of Hillside Ave and Poplar St. The keys were also left within the unlocked vehicle at which time the juveniles were able to begin driving the vehicle from the residence. A short distance later the juveniles nearly struck a parked car before abandoning the vehicle. Surveillance footage from the area shows the juveniles had successfully entered other unlocked vehicles going back several weeks. Attached is a photo during the incident of the juveniles. 

Also located in the area were a screw driver and pair of pliers. If these items belong to you, please contact Williamsport City Police at 570-327-7560. Williamsport Police are asking anyone who may have camera footage in the area capturing these juveniles to also contact police. Thank you.
