Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Simple Assault - WBP In # 23-02280 - CURTIS LOVE, M/34, has been charged with the above offenses after WBP officers responded to 805 Elmira Street for a shooting. Upon arriving on the scene officers made contact with LOVE, who was still in possession of a firearm, and a male victim, who was suffering from apparent gunshot wounds to the leg and torso. Officers quickly took LOVE into custody, and additional responding officers provided emergency medical treatment to the victim by applying a tourniquet to the victim's wounds. The victim was then transported by EMS to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
