WBP In #22-02911 Shooting Investigation - Update/Arrest

Firearms Not To Be Carried w/o License, Discharge of Firearm in an Occupied Structure, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and related offenses - WBP In #22-02911 - DAIMEER ABDUL CLARK, M/22, was charged with the above offenses after officers conducted an investigation into a shooting which occurred on April 3rd, 2022 in the area of W. Fourth St and Market St. Investigators determined that CLARK entered the area and engaged several people in a physical altercation, after which he then left the area and returned shortly after with a firearm. CLARK and another individual retreated to a nearby alley and engaged each other in gunfire before fleeing the scene. 

After an arrest warrant was issued for CLARK he was located in Philadelphia on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 by the United States Marshals Task Force. CLARK was also found to be in possession of a firearm at the time he was taken into custody. CLARK was transported to Lycoming County, arraigned by MDJ William Solomon, and subsequently committed to the Lycoming County Prison after bail was denied.
