Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board: Provides assessments to help connect people with proper resources in the county including case management, intellectual disability services, and other social service agencies.
American Rescue Workers: ARW has various programs including a food bank, shelters, and the Men's Fresh Start program, which is a rehabilitation work program.
