Below is a list of resources for various social services in Lycoming County that can assist with various struggles.

Center for Community Resources: CCR provides 24/7 Crisis for anyone experiencing a crisis, provides various case management services for the county.

Lycoming-Clinton Joinder Board: Provides assessments to help connect people with proper resources in the county including case management, intellectual disability services, and other social service agencies.

American Rescue Workers: ARW has various programs including a food bank, shelters, and the Men's Fresh Start program, which is a rehabilitation work program. 

YWCA Northcentral PA: YWCA assists with persons fleeing domestic violence, also assists with those wishing to obtain a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order. 

West Branch Drug and Alcohol: Lycoming County's Single County Authority (SCA) for substance abuse, connects those struggling with various resources including inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, MAT, and counseling. 

STEP Office of Aging: Provides services for those aging, including having resource centers, protective services, and other miscellaneous services throughout Clinton-Lycoming Counties. 

Salvation Army Williamsport: Has a food bank, PA Workwear, to help those who need work clothes, and other local services.

Pennsylvania CareerLink: A state program to help those who are unemployed in creating resumes, connecting with jobs, and obtaining gainful employment.
