Upon confirmation of a significant emergency or dangerous situation involving a crime (occurring either on or off campus) that, in the judgment of the Pennsylvania College of Technology's Chief of Police, constitutes an ongoing or continuing threat to the health and safety of students or staff, the Penn College Police will issue an immediate notice to students and employees. The crime alert bulletin and timely warnings will be distributed via email, the Police website, and myPCT. If a possible threat exists within a specific area of the campus (e.g., residence halls), printed bulletins will also be posted in that vicinity.
