The Penn College Police Department has adopted the belief that community policing efforts foster strong partnerships between law enforcement and the community. Our officers engage with students, staff, visitors and community members through various activities and events on and off campus. We have instituted special initiatives specifically designed to address off campus safety concerns to make the community a better place to work, visit and go to school. This approach improves public safety and quality of life. This involves building trust, improving communication, and collaboratively addressing local problems.
